Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (most in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days). In the event of a promotion or holiday, this may result in a delay in shipment. Customized items or wholesale orders will have a shipping time confirmed before the order is placed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Holiday Closures & Shipping Schedule
Our shipping operations pause during Chinese public holidays. You can place orders online 24/7, but order processing and shipping may take longer during holiday closures.

Shipping Service
- Standard Shipping: 12–20 days (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 days (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX) — ⚠️ (you pay import taxes)
- Sea or Rail Shipping: 40–60 days international transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included)
- Air Shipping: 5–8 days air transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. We only recommend keeping your phone reachable during the delivery period, so the local courier can contact you at the final delivery step.
Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping method before ordering. If it says "(you pay import taxes)", those charges are your responsibility — we cannot accept disputes or refund requests for import taxes on methods that do not include them.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.
- If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or you can't find your tracking number, contact us at info@itechaesthetics.com — we'll check with the courier and push for an update.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept the parcel for personal reasons (rather than a damaged or incorrect product), the parcel will be processed according to the carrier's return procedure. All costs incurred in the return process — including round-trip shipping, import duties, and customs fees — will be borne by the buyer. If the parcel is returned to us and a refund is requested, the refund will be processed after the parcel arrives and passes inspection, with all incurred shipping costs and duties deducted.
Damage or Loss Claims
The terms below apply to shipments marked "(you pay import taxes)" only. If the shipping method you chose at checkout is marked "(taxes included)", you can skip this section.
Customs Duties or Value-Added Tax (VAT)
- value-added tax (VAT — used in the EU, the UK, and many countries across Asia and Africa),
- goods and services tax (GST — used in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and India),
- harmonized or provincial sales tax (HST/PST — used in Canada),
- excise duties (levied on certain goods in certain countries),
- consumption tax (used in Japan),
- any other fees — including courier handling or advance-payment charges — levied by the destination country's customs, tax authorities, or couriers acting on their behalf.
Customs Clearance Procedures
- Parcel return: Customs has the right to return the parcel to the place of dispatch. This will incur round-trip shipping costs as well as import duties, which may exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Parcel destruction: If the recipient refuses to complete the required procedures, customs may destroy the parcel.
