Hydra Needle 20-Pin Pro Serum Applicator – HN20-Pro
The HN20-Pro is the upgraded professional version of our HN20 hydra needle, featuring a larger 5ml serum reservoir and enhanced titanium needle precision for extended treatment sessions. Designed for clinics, medspas, and advanced estheticians who demand higher capacity and consistent serum delivery across full-face or multi-zone protocols.
Like the HN20, it combines microneedling and serum infusion in a single pass — but with the added capacity and build quality required for professional, high-volume use.

- 5ml Large-Capacity Reservoir – Supports full-face and multi-zone treatments without refilling mid-session
- Simultaneous Serum Infusion – Active ingredients delivered directly through the needle tips during each pass
- Pressure-Controlled Flow Rate – Adjust serum output by varying application pressure for customized intensity
- Ampule-Compatible Design – Compatible with standard professional ampule serums
- Manual Stamp Operation – No power or battery required; simple press-and-lift stamping motion
- Refillable & Replaceable – Bottle is refillable; needle head is designed for single-use per hygiene protocol

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between HN20 and HN20-Pro?
The HN20-Pro features a larger 5ml serum reservoir compared to the standard HN20, making it better suited for full-face treatments and professional clinic use where refilling mid-session is not practical.
What serums work with the HN20-Pro?
Water-based serums such as hyaluronic acid, peptide complexes, EGF, and brightening concentrates are ideal. Avoid essential oils, high-alcohol formulations, and thick creams that may clog the needle channels.
How often should the HN20-Pro be used?
For professional clinic use: treatment frequency depends on needle depth and client skin condition. For 0.25–0.5mm, 1–2 times per week is typical. For 1.0mm and above, allow 2–4 weeks between sessions for full skin recovery.
Is the needle head replaceable?
Yes. The needle head is designed for single-use per hygiene standards and can be replaced. The 5ml bottle is refillable for continued use.
How do I sterilize the HN20-Pro?
After use, empty remaining serum, rinse the reservoir with clean water, and soak the needle head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes. Air dry completely before storing in the protective case.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (most in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days). Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 12–20 days (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 days (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX) — ⚠️ (you pay import taxes)
