Suitable For
Replacement consumable stock for users who already own a Dr. Pen M8 pen. Choose the needle configuration according to the device instructions and appropriate professional guidance, not needle count alone. M8 and M8S are different model names; verify the exact model before ordering and do not assume their cartridges are interchangeable.
How to Use
- Check that your device is a Dr. Pen M8 and that you have selected the correct cartridge configuration.
- Inspect the individual package and seal before opening. Do not use a cartridge with damaged or previously opened packaging, or one that is past its labelled expiry date.
- Switch off the pen. Open a new cartridge without touching the needle surface, align the cartridge with the handpiece connection and twist to secure according to the device instructions. Do not force it.
- Remove the white plastic protective needle cover before switching on the pen. Avoid touching or bending the needles while removing the cover.
- Follow the device and cartridge instructions and appropriate professional guidance for preparation, compatible products, settings, technique and aftercare. Do not use on open wounds or irritated skin.
- Remove and discard the cartridge after one session using an appropriate sharps disposal method where applicable. Do not share, reuse, or attempt to prepare a used cartridge for reuse with alcohol.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Dr. Pen M8 pen included in this listing?
No. This listing is for replacement needle cartridges only. The Dr. Pen M8 microneedling pen is sold separately.
Which needle configurations can I select?
The current product options are 11PIN, 16PIN, 24PIN, 36PIN and 42PIN. Needle count describes the cartridge configuration, not a guaranteed result or operating depth. Follow your device instructions and appropriate professional guidance when selecting a cartridge.
Can I order the nano tips shown in the images?
Round Nano, 3D Nano and 5D Nano are shown in the reference material but are not currently available as selectable options on this page. Do not select a needle option expecting to receive a nano head; contact us to confirm the required nano configuration before ordering.
What is the difference between pin tips and nano tips?
Pin cartridges have individual needles, while nano heads use a different contact surface. The reference material identifies a 3 x 3 mm 3D Nano chip and a 5 x 5 mm 5D round chip. Do not assume that needle settings, usage frequency or application areas also apply to nano heads; follow the instructions for the specific cartridge.
Can a cartridge be reused?
No. Use a new cartridge for each session and never share it. Alcohol cleaning does not make a used single-use cartridge suitable for reuse.
Are these cartridges genuine Dr. Pen brand parts?
Yes. This listing is for Dr. Pen brand replacement cartridges made for the M8 pen, not third-party generic heads.
How do I install a new cartridge?
With the pen switched off, align the new cartridge with the handpiece connection and twist to secure according to the device instructions. Remove the white plastic protective needle cover before switching on the pen. Do not force the connection or touch the exposed needles.
Should I check my model if I own an M8S?
Yes. This listing specifies the Dr. Pen M8. M8 and M8S are different model names, so do not assume their cartridges are interchangeable. Check your device label and the manufacturer's compatibility information before ordering.
What should I check before opening a cartridge?
Check that the selected configuration is correct, the package and seal are intact, and any labelled expiry date has not passed. Do not use a cartridge from damaged or previously opened packaging. Refer to the actual package label for sterility information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (most in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days). Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 12–20 days (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 days (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX) — ⚠️ (you pay import taxes)
- Sea or Rail Shipping: 40–60 days ocean transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included)
- Air Shipping: 5–8 days air transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping method before ordering. If it says "(you pay import taxes)", those charges are your responsibility — we can't accept disputes or refund requests for import taxes on methods that don't include them.
How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.
- If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or you can't find your tracking number, contact us at info@itechaesthetics.com — we'll check with the courier and push for an update.
Purchasing large or heavy professional equipment?
For large, heavy, or high-value professional equipment, shipping rates and transit times cannot be accurately reflected by our standard checkout rates. Freight costs vary by shipping method, carrier rates change frequently, and transit times may be longer during peak periods (such as Q4).
We strongly recommend contacting us directly before placing an order to receive an accurate freight quote tailored to your location and preferred shipping method. Email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with the product(s) you are interested in and your delivery address.
