Is 2x20 minutes per week enough?
The recommended training frequency is 2x20 minutes per week. If combined with other physical activity, up to 3 sessions per week are permitted with a minimum 48-hour rest period between sessions.
Will my muscles be stiff after the workout?
Some muscle stiffness is normal, especially after the first session, as EMS activates deep muscle groups that are difficult to engage through conventional training. This typically subsides with regular sessions. Stiffness may last 2–3 days and can persist longer than after a standard workout.
Can I adjust impulse depth, frequency, and intensity during training?
Yes. All parameters — impulse depth, frequency, and intensity — can be freely adjusted to suit each client's body type, age, gender, and fitness level.
Does EMS training support body contouring goals?
EMS training increases workout intensity and metabolic rate. When combined with a balanced diet, this supports body contouring and muscle toning over time.
When will results become visible?
Visible changes typically appear after approximately 10 sessions when training 2–3 times per week alongside a healthy diet.
Do clients need to be wet during the session?
Yes. Electrode surfaces must be moistened before use to ensure proper impulse transfer between the suit and the client's skin.
How long does shipping take?

Purchasing large or heavy professional equipment?
For large, heavy, or high-value professional equipment, shipping rates and transit times cannot be accurately reflected by our standard checkout rates. Freight costs vary by shipping method, carrier rates change frequently, and transit times may be longer during peak periods (such as Q4).

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We have successfully delivered to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Israel, Turkey, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, India, Vietnam, and many other countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel order". A full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, please email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
Not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or man-made damage
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Consumables and accessories once opened
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
