This lyocell EMS underwear is the thin base layer worn directly against the skin under the training vest. The stretchy, close-fitting set keeps the vest’s electrode pads in full, even contact with the body during a muscle stimulation session, so pulses distribute smoothly across every contact zone.

The fabric is built around 47% lyocell for one reason: lyocell absorbs and holds water. Before a session you dampen the garment with clean tap water (or your studio’s conductive spray), and the moist fabric becomes the conductive layer between skin and electrodes — that is how the stimulation reaches the muscles. Ordinary cotton sportswear dries out within minutes and causes weak spots or hot spots; a damp lyocell base layer stays even through a full 20-minute session.

How to Wear and Care

1. Put the set on before fastening the vest and electrode pads.
2. Spray or dab clean tap water over the electrode contact zones until the fabric is damp — not soaking. A stinging or pinching feeling during a session means a spot has dried out; dampen it again.
3. Fasten the vest over the underwear and start the session as usual.
4. After use, machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, rinse well and air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach.

What is included in one set?

Why do you dampen the underwear before a session?

The lyocell-blend fabric absorbs and holds water, and that moist layer conducts the stimulation from the vest electrodes to the muscles. Spray the contact zones with clean tap water until damp; if a spot feels like pinching or stinging mid-session, it has simply dried out — dampen it again.

What is the fabric made of?

47% lyocell, 44% polyamide and 9% elastane — a soft, four-way-stretch knit. It contains no silver or metallic fibers; conductivity comes from the moisture held in the lyocell, not from coated fabric.

Can it be washed after every client?

Yes. Machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry in the shade. Tumble drying, ironing and bleach shorten the garment’s life and should be avoided.

Does it work with wired (cable) systems too?

Yes. The underwear sits under the vest the same way regardless of how the vest connects to the powerbox, so it works with both wired and wireless setups.
