How do I use the dual battery system?

What is the difference between the 5 speed levels?

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel order". A full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, please email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.

- Consumables and accessories once opened
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
