De prestatie neemt meestal merkbaar af na 200.000–300.000 schokken. Tekenen zijn onder andere verminderde impactkracht, inconsistente behandelingsintensiteit, of zichtbare slijtage aan het oppervlak van de kogel. Vervang onmiddellijk als u vervorming of scheuren opmerkt.
Hoe controleer ik of deze kogel op mijn machine past?
Verwijder uw huidige kogel en meet de afmetingen met een schuifmaat of liniaal, en vergelijk deze met de productafbeeldingen hierboven. Als de afmetingen overeenkomen, past deze kogel op uw handstuk.
Hoeveel kogels moet ik op voorraad houden voor een drukke kliniek?
Voor klinieken die meerdere sessies per dag draaien, raden wij aan minstens 2–4 reservekogels op voorraad te hebben. De 2-stuks bundeloptie biedt een kosteneffectieve manier om voorraad aan te leggen en behandelingsstilstand te voorkomen.
Is deze kogel compatibel met alle pneumatische shockwave handstukken?
Deze kogel is ontworpen voor luchtgedrukte pneumatische shockwave apparaten alleen. Het is niet compatibel met elektromagnetische shockwave apparaten. Zolang uw machine pneumatisch is en de kogeldimensies overeenkomen met de productafbeeldingen, werkt het met uw handstuk.
Kan ik deze kogel gebruiken met de apart verkochte vervangingsbuis?

How long will it take to receive my order?

How to track my order?

- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel order". A full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, please email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
Not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or man-made damage
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Consumables and accessories once opened
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
