Professional Electric Muscle Stimulator Machine for Gyms, Studios & Personal Trainers
The XEMS Pro is a commercial EMS machine available in both wireless and wired configurations, designed for fitness studios, personal trainers, and boutique gyms. It delivers the equivalent of a 90-minute conventional workout in just 20 minutes. Using electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) technology, it activates deep muscle groups across the entire body simultaneously — making it the go-to EMS fitness equipment for body contouring, muscle strengthening, and metabolic conditioning. Two 20-minute sessions per week is all it takes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this EMS machine available in both wireless and wired versions?
Yes. The XEMS Pro is available in both wireless and wired EMS training suit configurations. Both versions use the same transmitter and receiver system and are compatible with Xbody-style suit systems.
Is 2x20 minutes per week enough?
Yes. The recommended training frequency is 2 sessions of 20 minutes per week. If combined with other exercise, up to 3 sessions per week are permitted, with a minimum 48-hour rest period between sessions.
How many clients can train simultaneously with this EMS machine?
The XEMS Pro supports up to 12 clients training at the same time using one transmitter and multiple signal receiver boxes. The standard package includes 3 receivers and 3 suits; additional units can be added to reach full 12-client capacity.
Is this a good Xbody alternative for my studio?
Yes. The XEMS Pro is compatible with Xbody-style training suit systems (both wireless and wired) and offers comparable multi-client group EMS training capability. It is a third-party product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xbody.
Will my muscles be sore after the first session?
Some muscle soreness is normal after the first session, as EMS activates deep muscle groups that are difficult to engage through conventional training. This typically subsides within 2–3 days and diminishes with regular use.
Can I adjust intensity during a session?
Yes. Impulse depth, frequency, and intensity are all freely adjustable during the session to suit each client's body type, age, gender, and fitness level.
Does EMS training support body contouring?
EMS training increases metabolic rate and supports muscle development. When combined with a balanced diet, this can contribute to body contouring and improved muscle tone. Visible changes are typically reported after approximately 10 sessions.
Why do the electrode pads need to be wet?
Moisture is required to ensure proper electrical conductivity between the electrode pads and the skin, which is essential for effective impulse transfer during training.
Are there any contraindications for EMS training?
EMS training is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers or implanted electronic devices, during pregnancy, or for those with active cancer, epilepsy, or acute inflammatory conditions. Clients with medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before starting EMS sessions.
Can I expand the system beyond 3 clients?
Yes. The standard package includes 3 receivers and 3 suits, but the system supports up to 12 simultaneous users. Additional powerboxes, EMS training suits, and underwear sets are available separately to scale your studio capacity incrementally.
How long do the EMS training suits and electrode pads last?
With proper care, the EMS training suits are designed for long-term commercial use. Electrode pads have a finite lifespan depending on usage frequency and cleaning routine; replacement pads are available separately. Regular inspection and timely replacement of consumable components ensures consistent conductivity and training results.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (most in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days). Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 12–20 days (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 days (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX) — ⚠️ (you pay import taxes)
- Sea or Rail Shipping: 40–60 days ocean transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included)
- Air Shipping: 5–8 days air transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping method before ordering. If it says "(you pay import taxes)", those charges are your responsibility — we can't accept disputes or refund requests for import taxes on methods that don't include them.
How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.
- If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or you can't find your tracking number, contact us at info@itechaesthetics.com — we'll check with the courier and push for an update.
