EMS Underwear for Xbody Machines – Lyocell Base Layer Set
This lyocell EMS underwear is the thin base layer worn directly against the skin under the training vest. The stretchy, close-fitting set keeps the vest's electrode pads in full, even contact with the body during a muscle stimulation session, so pulses distribute smoothly across every contact zone.
The fabric is built around 47% lyocell for one reason: lyocell absorbs and holds water. Before a session you dampen the garment with clean tap water (or your studio's conductive spray), and the moist fabric becomes the conductive layer between skin and electrodes — that is how the stimulation reaches the muscles. Ordinary cotton sportswear dries out within minutes and causes weak spots or hot spots; a damp lyocell base layer stays even through a full 20-minute session.

How to Wear and Care
- Put the set on before fastening the vest and electrode pads.
- Spray or dab clean tap water over the electrode contact zones until the fabric is damp — not soaking. A stinging or pinching feeling during a session means a spot has dried out; dampen it again.
- Fasten the vest over the underwear and start the session as usual.
- After use, machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, rinse well and air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach.

Is this underwear compatible with Xbody Newave and DryTech?
Yes. This is a third-party compatible base layer that works with Xbody Newave and DryTech EMS systems, as well as other wired and wireless EMS vest systems. It is not an official Xbody product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xbody.
What is included in one set?
One short-sleeve top and one pair of knee-length shorts. The training vest, electrode pads, powerbox and any machine or tablet are not included.
Why do you dampen the underwear before a session?
The lyocell-blend fabric absorbs and holds water, and that moist layer conducts the stimulation from the vest electrodes to the muscles. Spray the contact zones with clean tap water until damp; if a spot feels like pinching or stinging mid-session, it has simply dried out — dampen it again.
What is the fabric made of?
47% lyocell, 44% polyamide and 9% elastane — a soft, four-way-stretch knit. It contains no silver or metallic fibers; conductivity comes from the moisture held in the lyocell, not from coated fabric.
Can it be washed after every client?
Yes. Machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, then air dry in the shade. Tumble drying, ironing and bleach shorten the garment's life and should be avoided.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes run S to XXL for heights from about 155 cm to 185 cm — see the size guide above. If your height falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Does it work with wired (cable) systems too?
Yes. The underwear sits under the vest the same way regardless of how the vest connects to the powerbox, so it works with both wired and wireless setups.
Do you offer bulk pricing or custom logos?
Yes. Studios and distributors can contact us for bulk pricing. Custom logo printing is available on bulk orders; customers must provide artwork they have the rights to use.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (most in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days). Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:

Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.

How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.

Purchasing large or heavy professional equipment?
For large, heavy, or high-value professional equipment, shipping rates and transit times cannot be accurately reflected by our standard checkout rates. Freight costs vary by shipping method, carrier rates change frequently, and transit times may be longer during peak periods (such as Q4).

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We have successfully delivered to customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Israel, Turkey, Russia, Argentina, Brazil, India, Vietnam, and many other countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel order". A full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, please email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
Not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or man-made damage
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Consumables and accessories once opened
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
