Made from a soft, breathable blend of 47% lyocell, 44% polyamide and 9% elastane, it is worn directly against the skin under an EMS training suit.

Compatible with MIHA Bodytec and similar wired or wireless EMS systems, subject to your suit's requirements. Whether you run one studio or supply a franchise, start small and scale your branded order as your business grows. What You Can Customize

Add your logo to the black EMS underwear using one of three methods:

• Printing: A clean, flat finish for bold, simple logos, especially designs in one or two solid colors. Ink is applied directly to the fabric and can be a cost-effective choice for larger orders. Wash durability depends on the ink, application and garment care.
• Embroidery: A textured, raised finish created by stitching your logo directly into the fabric. A good choice for simple logos with clear shapes and a distinctive stitched look. Very small text and fine details may need adjustment. Stitching is visible on the inside of the garment and may be felt against the skin.
• Heat transfer printing: A good option for multicolor logos, gradients and detailed artwork. Your design is applied to the fabric using heat and pressure. The finish and feel depend on the transfer material, while wash durability depends on the application and care. Follow the supplied washing instructions to help protect your logo.

Pricing Tiers

Customization is a paid service. Final per-piece pricing depends on your logo design, customization method, logo placement and order quantity. Available methods include printing, embroidery and heat transfer printing. Sizes XS–XXL are available, and mixed-size orders are welcome. Please confirm XXL availability before ordering. How Customization Works

• Send your logo: A vector file in AI or PDF format is preferred; a clear PNG also works. Include your quantity, size split and preferred branding options.
• Confirm placement and mock-up: We aim to send a digital mock-up within 1–2 business days. Artwork and placement must be approved before production.
• Sample production: Estimated at 5–7 days after artwork and order confirmation, excluding shipping. The final schedule is confirmed with your quote.
• Bulk production: After sample approval, allow an estimated 5–7 days for 50 pieces, excluding shipping. Orders of 100+ pieces follow a separately confirmed production schedule.
• Quality check and shipping: Every piece is inspected before dispatch. Shipping cost and estimated transit time are confirmed for your destination.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order for customization?

Logo customization starts from a single paid branded piece. Test the base layer first, then request a quote for 50 or 100+ pieces.

Why is the 1-piece price so much higher than the 50/100 pc tiers?

One word: setup. A single-piece order carries the full setup cost of your customization, such as creating print screens, digitizing your logo for embroidery or calibrating colors, depending on the method chosen, all for just one garment. Once your order passes 20 pieces, the setup fee is waived entirely, which is why 50 and 100+ pc pricing drops so much. In short: a small order pays the whole setup on one item; a bigger order spreads it across everything.

Just want to test the quality first?

Skip the logo for now and order our standard unbranded version at the regular price. Same fabric, same fit, same stitching: standard Black EMS Underwear. Once you're happy with the quality, come back and add your logo.

Not ready to commit to a paid sample?

No problem. For single-piece orders we prepare a free digital mock-up first. Our designer applies your logo to a digital image of the garment so you can preview the design before you spend anything. Just ask for a mock-up when you contact us.

Can I order mixed sizes in one bulk order?

Yes. Send your size split, for example 20 × M, 20 × L and 10 × XL, with your quote request or order notes. Please confirm availability before placing your order, especially for XXL.
