What the Roller Does
The large end covers cheeks, forehead and neck. The small end fits under the eyes. Roll outward and upward, and the morning puffiness goes down within a couple of minutes. You can also roll over your serum or facial oil to spread it in more evenly.
What the Gua Sha Board Does
Hold it at a low angle against the skin and stroke up along the jawline and cheekbones. This is the slower, more precise tool. If you clench your jaw during the day, a few slow passes on that muscle feels like finally unclenching.
How to Use
Start with your neck — stroke downward from below your ears toward the collarbone, 3 to 5 times each side. The fluid you move out of your face needs somewhere to go, and the neck is where it goes. Then work the face: jaw to ear, cheek centre to temple, forehead up toward the hairline. Under the eyes, use the smallest contact and almost no pressure. Finish with a few more downward strokes on the neck. Use oil or serum first — stone on dry skin drags. Light pressure, slow strokes, 3 to 5 passes per area.

- Random directions. Outward and up on the face, down on the neck.

- Doing it once a week. Five light minutes daily beats one hard session every weekend.

How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth after each use. Deeper clean: lukewarm water with mild soap, then dry with a soft cloth. Do not soak it for long or use hot water — prolonged soaking can loosen the metal joints over time.
What oil should I use?
Any facial oil or serum works. A drop or two is enough. If you are acne-prone, use a non-comedogenic oil like jojoba or squalane.
Can I use it over acne?
Skip active breakouts and go around them. Scraping over inflamed skin spreads bacteria and makes it worse. Neck and jawline are safe zones while those areas heal.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel order". A full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, please email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
Not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or man-made damage
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Consumables and accessories once opened
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
