Professional Blue EMS Underwear – Full Body Base Layer for EMS Training
This professional-grade EMS underwear is designed to be worn under EMS training equipment, providing a smooth, close-fitting base layer that ensures optimal skin contact and comfort during muscle stimulation sessions. Made from a premium Lyocell blend, it is engineered to retain moisture against the skin — holding water so EMS impulses transfer evenly from the suit's electrode pads to your muscles throughout the session.
The signature blue color gives your studio a branded, professional look that clients notice and trust. Compatible with MIHA Bodytec, Xbody, and all major wired and wireless EMS systems. Not affiliated with or endorsed by MIHA Bodytec — third-party compatible apparel.

Blue vs. Black: What's Different in the Blend
Both colors share the same 47% lyocell core — the fiber that holds a thin layer of water against your skin so the EMS pulse transfers evenly. The difference is everything around it.
- Blue (upgraded V2 blend): 47% Lyocell, 24% Polypropylene, 21% Polyamide, 8% Elastane. The polypropylene creates a denser, more supportive knit that holds its shape through daily washing, dries quickly after laundering, and resists odor buildup — built for studios that turn over sets every day.
- Black (classic blend): 47% Lyocell, 44% Polyamide, 9% Elastane. Soft, stretchy and dependable for regular home and studio training. View the black version →
Pulse transfer is identical in both colors — it comes from the damp lyocell layer, not the fabric color. The blue is simply a heavier, harder-wearing knit with a quicker-drying blend, which is why it carries a slightly higher price.

How to Use
This underwear is a conductive base layer, not regular sportswear. The Lyocell blend is designed to hold moisture against the skin — water is what carries the EMS impulses evenly from the suit's electrode pads to your muscles. Follow these steps for every session:
- Put the underwear on directly against your skin — wear nothing underneath, and skip lotions, oils, or heavy moisturizers before training, as they create a barrier that weakens conduction.
- Dampen the electrode pads on your EMS training suit with a spray bottle of clean tap water. Mist each electrode zone until evenly damp — not dripping. The Lyocell base layer will retain this moisture against your skin throughout the session.
- Put on your EMS training suit, vest, straps, and belt over the underwear. The electrode pads should lie flat against the fabric with no wrinkles or gaps.
- Check contact, then start low. Smooth out any folds, connect the cables or wireless unit, and begin at low intensity. Stinging or uneven impulses in one spot usually means a dry pad — re-mist the electrode pads and re-adjust.
- After the session, remove and wash following the care instructions below.
Why moisture matters: ordinary athletic wear wicks sweat away from the skin. EMS base layers do the opposite — the Lyocell fibers retain the water from the dampened electrode pads so impulses travel across a wide, even surface. The base layer also acts as a hygienic barrier between your skin and the studio's shared suit and pads.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add my studio logo to the EMS underwear?
Yes. Custom logo embroidery or printing is available as a paid add-on, for both single pieces and bulk orders. Contact us with your logo file and quantity to get a quote and estimated lead time.
What is the difference between the blue and black EMS underwear?
Both use the same 47% lyocell core, which holds water for even pulse transfer. The blue version uses an upgraded V2 blend with 24% polypropylene: denser, faster drying, odor-resistant — suited to high-turnover studio use. The black version uses the classic lyocell-polyamide blend, soft and dependable for regular training. View the black version →
Is this blue EMS underwear compatible with MIHA Bodytec machines?
Yes. This blue EMS underwear is designed to be compatible with MIHA Bodytec i-body EMS systems. Not affiliated with or endorsed by MIHA Bodytec — third-party compatible apparel.
Does it work with both wired and wireless EMS systems?
Yes. It works with both wired and wireless EMS training suit systems, giving you flexibility across MIHA Bodytec compatible setups.
Do I need to wet the underwear before training?
No — you wet the electrode pads on your EMS training suit, not the underwear itself. Mist each electrode zone on the suit with clean tap water until evenly damp before putting it on. The Lyocell base layer then retains that moisture against your skin throughout the session, ensuring consistent impulse transfer.
Do I wear anything underneath the EMS underwear?
No. Wear it directly against the skin with nothing beneath it, so nothing blocks the current. Avoid body lotions, oils, and heavy moisturizers before a session — they reduce conductivity.
How is this different from normal workout underwear?
Regular sportswear wicks moisture away from your skin to keep you dry. EMS base layers do the opposite: the Lyocell-rich fabric retains the water from the dampened electrode pads, because moisture is what conducts the impulses to your muscles. It also provides a washable hygienic barrier between your skin and shared studio equipment.
What material is used?
47% Lyocell, 24% Polypropylene, 21% Polyamide, 8% Elastane. The lyocell core retains moisture from the electrode pads for consistent impulse transfer; the polypropylene adds durability, quick drying, and odor resistance for high-frequency studio use.
What sizes are available?
XS, S, M, L, and XL are kept in regular stock. XXL is also available — as demand is lower, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
How do I wash the EMS underwear?
Machine wash or hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry in shade. Do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach.
Do you offer bulk orders for EMS studios?
Yes. Contact us for bulk pricing on blue and black EMS underwear sets for studio use.
