Auto Microneedling Refills Built for the Dr. Pen M8 Pen
Dr. Pen M8 Nano Needle Cartridges are brand replacement heads made for the Dr. Pen M8 Auto Microneedle System, covering everything from targeted multi-pin work to gentle daily nano infusion. This listing is for replacement needle cartridges only. The microneedling pen is sold separately.
Key Features
- Brand fit for the M8 pen: designed by Dr. Pen for the M8 Auto Microneedle System, each cartridge twists directly onto the pen for a secure hold.
- Eight tip configurations: choose from 11, 16, 24, 36 and 42 pin heads plus Round Nano, 3D Nano and 5D Nano chips to match the area and session goal.
- Skin-hugging arc edge: the rounded cartridge rim sits flush on the skin and glides smoothly across the forehead, cheeks and other curved zones.
- Nano silicon chips: a 3 x 3 mm 3D silicon chip and a 5 x 5 mm 5D round chip support frequent, gentle serum infusion sessions.
- Fresh head every session: cartridges are consumables, so swap in a new one each time you treat.
Who Is It For?
Estheticians, clinic and studio operators, and home users who already own a Dr. Pen M8 pen. Multi-pin heads are commonly chosen for targeted work on the appearance of acne marks, deep spots and stretch marks, while the nano tips suit regular hydration-focused care, the under-eye area and daily serum infusion routines.
How to Use
- Cleanse and dry the skin, then apply your serum or ampoule to the target area.
- Take a fresh cartridge and twist it onto the tip of your Dr. Pen M8 pen until it sits firmly in place.
- Select the pen speed, keep the cartridge head flat on the skin and glide slowly across the area without pressing down.
- Detach the cartridge when you finish and dispose of it. Never share or reuse a cartridge head.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Dr. Pen M8 pen included in this listing?
No. This listing is for replacement needle cartridges only. The Dr. Pen M8 microneedling pen is sold separately.
Which needle tip should I choose?
Pick 11 or 16 pin heads for small targeted spots, 24, 36 or 42 pin heads for larger facial areas and stronger coverage, and a nano chip for gentle daily care and serum infusion.
What is the difference between pin tips and nano tips?
Pin tips use fine needles to work deeper into the skin surface and suit spaced-out sessions, while nano chips are smoother and designed for more frequent, lighter use such as daily serum application. Within the nano range, choose the 3D Nano (3 x 3 mm chip) for small, delicate areas such as the lips and lash line, and the 5D Nano (5 x 5 mm chip) when you want wider coverage in each pass.
Can a cartridge be reused?
No. Replace the cartridge after every session to keep each treatment hygienic and the tip performing as intended.
Are these cartridges genuine Dr. Pen brand parts?
Yes. This listing is for brand Dr. Pen replacement cartridges made for the M8 pen, not third-party generic heads.
How do I install a new cartridge?
Align the cartridge with the tip of the Dr. Pen M8 pen and twist until it locks firmly onto the device, then remove it with a reverse twist after your session.
How long will it take to receive my order?

- Standard Shipping: 12–20 days (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 days (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX) — ⚠️ (you pay import taxes)

Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping method before ordering. If it says "(you pay import taxes)", those charges are your responsibility — we can't accept disputes or refund requests for import taxes on methods that don't include them.
How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.
- If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or you can't find your tracking number, contact us at info@itechaesthetics.com — we'll check with the courier and push for an update.
