- Put the underwear on directly against your skin — wear nothing underneath, and skip lotions, oils, or heavy moisturizers before training, as they create a barrier that weakens conduction.
- Dampen the electrode pads on your EMS training suit with a spray bottle of clean tap water. Mist each electrode zone until evenly damp — not dripping. The Lyocell base layer will retain this moisture against your skin throughout the session.
- Put on your EMS training suit, vest, straps, and belt over the underwear. The electrode pads should lie flat against the fabric with no wrinkles or gaps.
- Check contact, then start low. Smooth out any folds, connect the cables or wireless unit, and begin at low intensity. Stinging or uneven impulses in one spot usually means a dry pad — re-mist the electrode pads and re-adjust.
- After the session, remove and wash following the care instructions below.
