Oxygen Water Jet Facial Machine for Cleansing and Exfoliation
The H3 Oxygen Water Jet Facial Machine uses compressed air and liquid spray for facial cleansing and surface exfoliation. With adjustable pressure and separate connections for the spray gun and jet handpiece, it provides a dedicated spray-based skincare option for facial studios and salons.
Trolley Options and Shipping
The machine-only and machine-with-trolley options have different prices. Please select the option you need before ordering. The machine-only option costs less and does not include a trolley.
We recommend the machine-only option to save on shipping, as the trolley is bulky. If you want the trolley, we recommend sea shipping. Please contact us for a sea freight quote before ordering.
How It Works
Compressed air carries liquid through the jet nozzle to form a directed spray. This air-and-liquid spray is used for cleansing and surface exfoliation rather than rubbing the skin with an abrasive diamond tip. The spray gun and transparent jet handpiece connect to separate ports on the machine.
Key Features
- Air-and-liquid spray: Combines compressed air with liquid delivered through the nozzle for facial care.
- Separate handpiece connections: Dedicated ports for the spray gun and jet handpiece keep the two attachments separate.
- Adjustable pressure: Change the output setting instead of working with one fixed pressure.
- Liquid bottle support and handpiece rack: Keep the bottle and attachments organized around the machine.
- Optional trolley: Choose the machine on its own or add a wheeled trolley for your workspace.
Suitable For
Facial studios and salons adding an air-and-water spray step to their skincare menu. Choose the H3 for spray cleansing and surface exfoliation, rather than abrasive diamond-tip exfoliation.
How to Select and Order
- Choose your configuration: Select machine-only for a lower purchase price and lower shipping cost, or machine with trolley if you need the stand.
- Arrange trolley shipping: Contact us for a sea freight quote before ordering the machine with a trolley.
- Check the power supply: Match your installation supply to the electrical specifications and the unit label.
- Identify replacement parts: The transparent jet handpiece and metal spray gun are different attachments. Use the replacement link in the FAQ for the 3-nozzle jet handpiece.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the trolley included?
Only the machine-with-trolley option includes a trolley. The machine-only option does not, even though a trolley appears in the product photos. The two options have different prices.
Which option do you recommend?
We generally recommend the machine-only option to keep the purchase price and shipping cost lower. Choose the trolley version if you need a wheeled stand.
How do I arrange sea shipping?
Please contact us for a sea freight quote before ordering. We recommend sea shipping for the trolley version because the trolley is bulky.
What is the difference between the spray gun and jet handpiece?
The metal spray gun has a small liquid cup. The transparent jet handpiece has a nozzle tip and connected tubing. They use separate connections on the H3 and are different replacement parts.
Where can I buy the replacement jet handpiece?
Order the 3-Nozzle Jet Peel Handpiece Replacement for the transparent jet handpiece used with this machine.
Does the H3 use a diamond exfoliation tip?
No. The H3 uses air-and-liquid spray handpieces for cleansing and surface exfoliation, not an abrasive diamond tip.
Where can I find operating and cleaning instructions?
Follow the manual supplied with your H3 for handpiece connections, operating settings and cleaning. Reference diagrams are included above.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (most in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days). Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 12–20 days (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 days (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX) — ⚠️ (you pay import taxes)
- Sea or Rail Shipping: 40–60 days ocean transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included)
- Air Shipping: 5–8 days air transit + 5–10 days local delivery (taxes included on most routes — check at checkout)
Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping method before ordering. If it says "(you pay import taxes)", those charges are your responsibility — we can't accept disputes or refund requests for import taxes on methods that don't include them.
How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.
- If tracking hasn't updated for a while, or you can't find your tracking number, contact us at info@itechaesthetics.com — we'll check with the courier and push for an update.
Purchasing large or heavy professional equipment?
For large, heavy, or high-value professional equipment, shipping rates and transit times cannot be accurately reflected by our standard checkout rates. Freight costs vary by shipping method, carrier rates change frequently, and transit times may be longer during peak periods (such as Q4).
We strongly recommend contacting us directly before placing an order to receive an accurate freight quote tailored to your location and preferred shipping method. Email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with the product(s) you are interested in and your delivery address.
