The A6 uses the bayonet-mount cartridge system and is compatible with Dr. Pen A6 series cartridges: 12, 24, 36, 42 pin, nano round, and PMU 1/3/5/7 pin heads. Note: A6 cartridges are not interchangeable with newer Dr. Pen models that use a different mount system.
How do I use the dual battery system?
The A6 comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. Charge both in advance and hot-swap between them during a session for uninterrupted treatment without waiting for a recharge.
What is the difference between the 5 speed levels?
Lower speed levels are suited for sensitive areas and superficial treatments. Higher speeds are used for deeper collagen induction therapy on more resilient skin areas. Start at a lower setting and increase gradually based on skin tolerance.
Can the Dr. Pen A6 be used for permanent makeup (PMU)?
Yes. With compatible 1, 3, 5, or 7 pin PMU cartridges, the A6 can be used for eyebrow microblading support and lip liner procedures. Ensure you are trained and use appropriate PMU-specific cartridges.
Can the Dr. Pen A6 be used at home?
The A6 is designed primarily for professional clinic use. Advanced home users familiar with microneedling protocols may use it, but professional training is recommended for optimal and safe results.
Are more cartridges available?
Yes. Additional A6-compatible cartridges in multiple pin configurations are available separately in our store. Always confirm A6 bayonet-mount compatibility before purchasing replacement cartridges.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Your shipping method is marked at checkout: "(taxes included)" means the price you pay is final — sit back and wait for delivery, nothing else to handle. "(you pay import taxes)" means any import taxes charged by your country on arrival are yours to pay — these are collected by your country's customs, not by us.

How to track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it anytime on our tracking page: 17track.net — just enter your tracking number there.
- If your order was just dispatched, it may take 1–2 days for tracking information to show up in the system.
- For Sea or Rail Shipping, tracking may pause during the ocean leg — usually 40–60 days — and resumes once the parcel reaches your local courier.

Purchasing large or heavy professional equipment?
For large, heavy, or high-value professional equipment, shipping rates and transit times cannot be accurately reflected by our standard checkout rates. Freight costs vary by shipping method, carrier rates change frequently, and transit times may be longer during peak periods (such as Q4).

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by logging into your account and clicking "Cancel order". A full refund will be issued automatically. After 24 hours, please email us at info@itechaesthetics.com with your order number before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
Not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of use or man-made damage
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Consumables and accessories once opened
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 7 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
